Well, good day all! I’m a newbie to this page, but not to the Toyota brand. I worked at one time for the transportation arm of Gulf States, Toyota in Houston and have enjoyed watching the Tacoma grow over the years. One model I’ve missed was the Tacoma model 7103 & 7104. This was the smaller cab and bed. between those two models and the next, the extended cab 7113 & 7114 were some of the toughest pick ups I’ve ever seen. I remember one driver one night loading a Tacoma standard shift (7113) and instead of Breaking he hit the accelerator Which caused him to jump the stops on the number one position over the hood of his truck landing almost tailgate first then falling forward and he still missed the front of his Peterbilt. He was a tough old driver. He just drove it over to Security and park it cut it from his load. anyway, I can be a little long-winded from what I’ve seen of this group lots of great people good ideas and I’m anxious to get involved with any help that may be asked of me. Thank you.
