Anyone with experience with these? Long term reliability?

I have the Pro (GB150), I just bought a new one becuase the batteries finally died and started swelling in the old one. The first one I had lasted 7 years and would start just about anything.

The only 2 cons I have with it are the cables are kinda short and it doesn't have a super high reserve capacity so your not gona get alot of cranks out of it but it's perfect for the occasional dead battery.

Would agree with Dm about the cons.

I have the NOCO Boost Plus GB40 1000A and as long as you periodically check on the charge to make sure it's full it works very well. With a 3/4 charge it turned over my neighbor's high compression built 440 Mopar (that had a completely shot 7yo red top) but it took 2 of the battery levels to do so. I.e. - has worked for everything I've needed it to start.

I have one that is approx 6 years old and works amazingly. I have one in the wifes car I charge 3 times a year and it holds charge no problem. I personally run a 150 model and keep a 75 model in the wifes. The X version new ones are nice with the additional ports and all NOCO systems are smart connection so you cant backwards connect or arc as it will protect itself from doing so or will give an error if the battery is sensed that its bad or has blown cells. Highly recommend these NOCO systems

ARB Bumper, SOS sliders, SOS rear bumper, SOS skid plate. OME Lift. Some other stuff.
Ive had two of them for about 5 years now. One of them gets used once or twice a year to jump start the tractor. They're good to have in a vehicle.

I had a different brand one from years ago but never used it. Also did not regularly charge it. Recharged it oddly just in time to help a pair of young twenty-somethings on a cold night. It never recovered from that final use and would not charge again.

I have a GB40 now and charge it every month ... only takes 15 minutes to recharge because it is almost full still.

    I keep a GB40 in the truck, wife’s car and daughter’s car.

2 about 2 years old and one about 3 years old. All maintain the charge to one bar from the top when I’ve checked them every 3 months or so.

Mine in the truck has been used 3 times- a car, a truck and the mower. Worked as advertised each time. Won’t be without one.

I bought a GB40 a month ago. Dang thing was bad out of the box. Exchanged it 3 hours later, and the new one takes a charge. I have yet to use it though.

That said. I have a 15 year old Antigravity, XP-10 that still works like a champ, and has every time I’ve used it. Hell, I have even used it to jump start my diesel work truck one time.
