Why does it keep breaking on me

    Because the spring you are running is way to stiff and strong. Your suspension dosen't give enough when hitting a bump. That causes lower ball joint to take all the hard impact, that eventually fractures it.

    Also it looks like the shocks are longerr then the stock. That will cause a leveraging effect when the lower ball joint reaches maximum angle.

    So i got new upper arms and went back to oem springs but now its sitting to low in the front. Would 2 inch spring spacers be safe or any better suggestions. I know the part that keeps braking is cast iron. Hopefully can find someone to make me a set out of solid steelupload_2024-5-6_3-12-2.png

    Really sounds like you need to get a different truck more suited for your needs, aka a 6 lug truck.
