What is difference Between 4x4 and 4x2 TRD Offroad Crew Cab Frame?

Is there a difference between 4x4 and 4x2 on offroad crew cab frame.

Are the Front Section and Rear Section separate or welded as one piece.

 

Why do I feel like this is going to turn into a "how do I convert my 2wd to 4wd" thread.....

Not a conversion thread. looking for replacement frame for a 2017 crew cab 4x2 TRD off road and having a hard time finding one.

 

There are 20 different frame part number on Toyota's EPC. Would need to know the number on the tag on the door frame for the chassis designation. TRN245, GRN305, GRN310, GRN325, is it LWB or SWB?

 

Don't have access to those codes at the moment. It is a 2017 TRD Off Road auto Crew Cab 5 ft bed.

 

Bent frame or rust replacement? 2017 owners want to know…

Some differences may include the mounting member for the front differential and transfer case support, but I’m just guessing.

I believe it is GRN325

 

Looks like the part number is either 51001-04767 or 51001-04768. That's the closest I can get you without a VIN. The first one MSRP is $6440, the other is $7827.43.

EDIT, fixed part number for the second frame

 

I keep coming up with 51001-04768 which says it replaces 51001-04767. But not finding them as shown in stock

If I put in my Vin it says does not fit but if you look under description it says it replaces each other so I am totally confused.

How bent is your frame? Is it just bent a little in the rear due to a mild rear end collision or is it seriously toast? If the truck drives straight, replacing the frame with your own time and money could be a waste of time and money.

 

which unfortunately sounds normal, there have been numerous threads of people waiting months and months for frames.

 

It is being covered by insurance.
