Wired up a Chromecast to the head unit so I could throw up content while waiting around at work and camping.

It has stopped the squirrels eating my stuff, I have to use the highest setting though. Makes for some interesting looks as people walk past the truck.

Pulled the trigger on a Factor 55 Ultrahook. I was so tired of the hook that came with my smittybilt hanging down in front of the truck & I didn’t want to clip it to the recovery point mounted to the frame, so a new hook was my solution. I bought the red Factor 55 hook because I figured it’d give the front a little pop of color, but I think I’m going to exchange for black instead to keep it more clean. Let me know what you think about red vs. black. Here's a sh***y picture of the truck in the garage.

Here’s a reel I made of the install. I was incredibly surprised and overwhelmingly excited when Factor 55 accepted my collaboration invite. By far my most popular reel to date thanks to the awesome folks at Factor 55!!

Plasti dipped my fender flares today, though you can barely tell from the photos. I have the paint matched flares and I hate how they look plus they had quite a few scratches in them
My first plan was to have them vinyl wrapped but to have a shop do it was $500. So then I decided since vinyl was only $60 to try it myself and it turns out I suck at it.
So for an $8 can of plasti dip I got black fender flares, but eventually I will remove them and paint them with a bed liner.

Also got my import duty bill from FedEx for my sliders today, $68.
So for $1089 I got a set of sliders delivered to my door in less than 2 weeks.

Looks good! I just thought of this one the other day, but wondering if anyone has ever bedlined their fender flares. I've got the black plastic ones from the factory (TRD OR), but they've already gotten pretty scratched up from just a few trail runs. Wonder if bedliner would stick fine to the plastic and if that would work/hold up better!

I think the 275/70/17's look the best on a Tacoma with a 2 inch lift!

I agree! (not biased lol) I'm actually slightly under 2in of lift, more like 1.5 all around but we'll go with it

Here is the thread that I have saved for when I plan on painting mine. Doesn't seem too complicated, and isn't very expensive if you mess up and need to start again.

Perfect! I’m assuming you had to trim so the tires didn’t rub

    What solar panel is this?

im looking at getting the cascadia mppt for a set up like yours, how was the install? I have a renogy 100w on the top of my shell running directly to the an eco flow battery pack but it turned the space into a mess running solar cables and DC power cables and fridge cables in the shell.
I ran a DC port to my bed but am thinking of rerouting with the MPPT to the truck battery and running the eco flow directly off that and keeping the fridge running on the eco flow
