PA inspection sucks! I just moved here from Colorado and failed inspection because (among other things) I have a 2 year old strut that's leaking. I already knew about this and wasn't concerned since there isn't even a noticeable difference in suspension on the bad side. It failed just outside of warranty and surprisingly Toytec wasn't interested in helping me out.
Not a single shop in my area (Lancaster) will rebuilt the coilover, which would be my preferred option since the kit is $60 compared to replacing the single coilover for $500 or the entire front suspension for $1,000+. Does anyone know of a person or a shop in PA that rebuilds shocks?
