2011 Tacoma 4x4 whistle

I have a 2011 Tacoma 4x4.
It has recently started making a whistling noise like a kettle pot.it does not increase with speed, stays at the same tone level. It goes away at a dead stop and under 5 mph it’s very faint. It does have a 6in lift. Not sure what this whistle is, does not affect acceleration. I figure the experts here will help me.

This the best I could do. Does not change with speed, same tone at different speeds.
It went away today.
