My 2017 Taco with 200K miles makes an engine noise on cold start. Noise sounds like a very loud ticking noise last about 10-30 seconds and it completely goes away. Noise is more profound when my truck sits for 2 days or more. Once the truck idles it completely goes away and I won’t hear it any more until the next cold start. I need help pin pointing where the noise is coming from.

I’ve been told it could be the pullys or the tensionar.
