Figured I’d drop the inevitable introduction post. As I wait to buy my second Tacoma. Had a 2007 new years ago. Picking up a new to me 2016 TRD OR whenever the dealer replaces the stolen cat… have a few parts piling up in the shop for it already

Been in the off-road community off and on now for 25 years. I’ve restored rigs and built rigs of all kinds even jeeps. Still have a 2002 TJ my daughter drives. I’ve had a fully locked rig on 39s that would walk over anything…those days are behind me.

Going mild daily driver, back road and mild trail explorer with this truck. Needs to remain a backup truck for work to haul tools and pull our small trailer and of course our troop’s Boy Scout trailer.

I’m in Indianapolis. I founded and run a nonprofit focused to teaching woodworking, trades, and manufacturing to at-risk youth. Previously an automotive engineer and a reformed accountant. Yes, I have career ADHD.

just wanted to say “Hi” and let you know I’m thankful for all the great info here.
