No, seriously, I know you do what you can. I am determined to play without a pick because of the doors it opens up. So much more expressive. And the sound of the tops of your fingernails raking across the skinny strings on a downstroke can be fascinating.
You know what I mean!
The cool thing about learning an instrument, and I’ve learnt a few, is that the journey is the reward. It ain’t easy! And there are no wrong turns. Alternate tunings? Hell yeah! Double drop D has me hooked…. And the coolest thing about guitars and banjo’s? TOTALLY PORTABLE!
