I'd have one, but the wife doesn't like the low rear visibility, so I guess I'm stuck with trucks. I know, 1st world problems.

I had no idea. I'm north east in Midland, but appreciate the heads up.

I didn't know we had a potential for weather like that. I'm about 20mi SW of Midland and all I've got is a little bit of rain myself.

Lots of fire roads, get a county map, watch out for “private property “ signs. All kinds of State and Federal land, stop in at the DNR office in Marquette, very helpful.

Thanks Jim. I moved up here not too long ago and have a hit a bunch of fire roads around me. Super fun. Was wondering if there was anyone that frequently got out around me :D none of my buddies have 4x4s haha. Looking forward to meeting some Michiganders at the meet up at Silver Lake Dunes this summer

I trout fish, there are some nice spots north of town, logging trucks can make it kinda sporty, up by Big Bay. Never been to Silver Lake but have heard it’s really nice, “air down “ is a must. Enjoy exploring the state

    Hello to this thread!

I’ve been looking for a thread or any info around West Michigan that could offer me some information on a good shop that could install a lift/work on suspension. I live in the Grand Rapids area and looking to eventually do a suspension lift, but wanted to know if there was a place people recommended. Or just a good shop that people recommend for working on Tacoma or Toyotas around the area

Curless Auto downtown GR. They might be on the pricier side but I personally wouldn’t trust anyone else to do a modification to a vehicle.
