Im not new to this site, ive just been a spectator for almost a year and i just made an account because i need some help. You have heard about the meso custom taillight adaptors right? Okay, i am a big fan of having the whole c light light up but i have a strong dislike about the blinker being in the reverse bulb spot. Thats just me. So i am wondering what i need to be able to have my taillights work like the chevy/gmc taillights. Both bulbs blinker and brake. Ive got to the point where i can have both blink and brake but the brake overrides the blinker everytime. What do i need to do to make this work

many trailers have combined brake and turn signals, ans when a tow vehicle has separate bulbs for brake and turn, you need to add a module, to combine them in a way that the brake will Not override the turn signal. I think this module is called a trailer brake light converter, is fairly common and inexpensive. You are looking for a trailer converter, 3 wire to 2 wire (is possible that there are also converters that go the opposite way). This converter will connect to your brake, and each turn signal wires, then output is two wires combined brake and turn, but will prioritize the turn signal. If I understand your interest, you would wire the output of this device to only the bulbs where turn signal is desired, leave the brake only bulbs wires as they are now.
