Bilstein 6112 up front & Bilstein 5100 rear with the icon 1.5AAL on 275/70/17. Needle baring replaced with Yukon 8” clamshell. Dv8 front bumper. Lights. Etc…
I just finished lifting my 2017 TRD Sport using the Bilstein B8 kit (6112s with 2 inch arb springs) C clip set to 9 driver side and c clip set to 11 passenger side. Bilstein 5100s in the rear with the Icon 1.5" AAL kit. I then felt a rotational vibration from the front end that went away when putting it in 4 high. I took it in and had the ECGS bushing installed with a new axle seal. He also installed my new 275/70/17 Falken Wildpeaks AT3s that were mounted on 17x8.5 0mm offset KMC KN542 wheels. After leaving the shop and heading for the alignment shop I still felt the vibration just much less. I had the 4wd alignment done and it all looked great for driveline and cv axle angles. They also installed a front diff drop kit to see if that would solve the vibrations. The vibration is still there even after the new wheels and tires, diff drop, ecgs bushing, 4wd alignment. The weird thing is you can still put it into 4 high and the vibration goes completely away and the truck drives like the day it came off the lot. What else could it be at this point? Any help would be appreciated! Its driving me nuts at this point!
