The crust is good and the cheese in the crust is mozzerella but the flavor of the toppings is kind of weak. It could certainly use more nacho flavor. Nothing a few shots of hot sauce couldn't help.

 

Shoulda got some of that nacho stuff you see in chip aisle

Sundays are pizza days. I've been doing wood-fired Neapolitan style for the past few years. Pictures are tough because they disappear so quick, but I'll try to post one.

Finally had success with pizza on the grill without the bottom of the crust getting burnt. I think it was here that I got the tip to grill the crust for several minutes, flip it and apply the toppings, then grill for another 15 minutes.

I also don't remember which one of you had the advice

I was having issues with my pizza dough not being as stretchy as I would like
One of y'allz told me to increase the hydration by a few %
I went from 57% to 62% and now the dough is much easier to stretch and work with

So a big THANK YOU to whomever made that suggestion!
