Looks like it's coming from the circled bolt.
I've been trying to look up the engine schematic diagram but I'm not sure what that part is.
    Any help is appreciated!

I cleaned it all off, drove it and then watched that little drop form but it's not actually dripping. It's just a very, very slow leak.

That's your power steering pump but it's not leaking from there. Your timing cover is leaking and it goes to the pump before forming a drop and falling off.

It looks like it's been happening forever and you just noticed it. Just forget about it. It is not an issue to worry about.

    +1 to the above

That is a power steering pump mounting bolt. Try as we might, but nobody has yet to defeat Sir Isaac Newton's laws of physics. Your oil leak is occurring somewhere above that (e.g., timing cover or valve cover) and gravity is just dictating where it is dripping from.

Front timing cover leaks either come early and require immediate attention, or much later and slow leak. If the oil is traced back to the timing cover, it looks like your leak is the latter.

Throw some cardboard underneath, check your oil regularly. Old Toyotas like to weep.

With all these threads on leaks can someone tell me does your truck lose oil when you check your dipstick regularly on those trucks that have the dreaded leaks? I’m just trying to figure out did they notice they were low on oil or just climbed under the truck looking for an issue and saw a wet spot?

Thanks for all the responses. I’ll keep an eye out for puddles of oil and check the levels but otherwise I’m not going to worry about it.
