Stock with a camper shell for now.
So I have spent the last couple months researching on here and looking over everyone’s suggestions and advice and I have come to this conclusion but before I order these items I would like to know if there is something more needed to accommodate the suspension I’m planning on purchasing and installing.

    truck
    2019 Toyota Tacoma
    DCLB 4x4 off-road
With a leer 1000r camper shell
    Stock as of now.

    plans
1-1.5 inch of lift with camper shell front and rear. Prefer it to be leveled and be alright with it having a higher front end compared to rear ( hate the look of a stink bug).

items I have researched and seem to be great quality.
    -Dobinsons upc arms
    -Dobinsons adjustable bump stop
    -Dobinsons u bolt kit
    -Dobinsons greasable leaf spring pins
    -Dobinsons leaf spring poly bushing
    kit
-Dobinsons 111 leaf springs (not sure if I should go to the 110 or 111, since the 111 from what i understand gives 2 inches of lift with 0-220 lbs of weight. When I’m only trying to get 1.5 max)
-bilstein 6112 up front set at #9/#7
    -bilstein 5100 in the rear

with that being said what am I over looking or need additional or don’t need to purchase? Should I get rear bumps ? Do I need a diff drop, sway bar drop, shim for the pinion?

I've got the Dobinsons lift. I initially went with the medium duty and then switched to the heavy duty since I have a bed rack, rtt, front and rear bumpers plus all my camping gear. I have the 2.5" lift.

I have all of those parts except the upc arms, I don't think they had them yet when I got my kit and got too good of a deal on a set of JBA's, and the adjustable bump stops. I had stock bump stops up front for a while before switching to Durabumps and then I have Timbrens in the back with the flip kit too.

I went with the 112 leafs and the 354 coils.

IMO, no need for a diff drop or shims. Sway bar relo is up to you. I ended up just pulling mine off. It made too much noise and I offroad a lot. Haven't missed it, ha.

All good stuff IMO. @Crikeymike worked with me too for a package deal.

I assume you are doing the work yourself. Look into the UCA removal process and decide how you are getting that long ass bolt out. Some people cut the bolt and replace it coming in from the reverse direction, others bend and move things until they can access it the factory direction. I don't think there is a right answer. Just know that bolt sucks and pick how you plan on dealing with it. Have the replacement bolt on hand if you are in the "cut it" camp.

I don't have any experience with Dobinsons and ride height. My in the dark guess is that 111 over 110 but if you prefer squat over rake (you prefer your lights pointing into the sky not down into the ground, exaggeration used for clarity not precision) maybe the 110? Maybe just ignore all this because I know nothing about Dobinsons.

If you're there anyway and want some minor upgrades, consider a u bolt flip kit and upgraded rear bumps. The tacoma stock rear bumps are comical compared to any of the aftermarket options. I wouldn't start with a diff drop or any shimming and the 6112 isn't a remote reservoir shock so I don't think there is a mount to interfere with the sway bar so no drop should be needed.

One very minor detail. Look at the rear leaf springs and consider how you are/aren't remounting the parking brake line. It isn't a big deal and I imagine plenty of people just let it hang. If you look at your stock setup you should see what I'm talking about.

5100s/OME 888s. Dakar leaf pack. Total Chaos UCAs. DeMello Sliders. BAMF Recessed Grille. Prinsu Cabrack and Toprack.
The only change from your list I would recommend would be to get Bilstein 5160 rear shocks instead of 5100. The 5160s provide a better ride and stay much cooler due to the remote reservoirs. Worth the added expense in my opinion.

Absolutely agree with this. Especially with some weight in the rear.
5100s (or even 5160s) are generally what we consider the longest shock possible while still running stock lines. We always tell folks to double check when they're under there, but he should be okay!

I didn’t even think or consider the rear brake lines, figured they would be fine with only wanting an 1-1 1/2 inch lift good point.

The static lift height would not be the issue. The issue would be the added droop from the new shock/leaf combo while offroading

Good point about the lights I figured I could adjust them accordingly but I would untimely try and keep it level at 1.5 inches of height front and rear ideally .

Yes, the L59-111-R leaf pack is what you'd need with the long bed and the camper shell on there. Can't guarantee the lift height, as the weight of the cap is unknown to me, but it should be around 2" or a fraction less.
You could go with the L59-110-R but you'll only get 1" of lift at most.
