Wowwww! Thanks a lot! I downloaded and trying the update tomorrow in my 2018 TRD Sport...hope it works!

Your files are of great help to those of us who do not live in the USA and it is complicated for us to try to update the software.

You've made a friend in Cabo, Mexico. In case you come one day, don't hesitate to let me know.

After 9 months after my last firmware update the infotainment keeps rebooting again randomly. I guess there is something wrong with the map SD card which is strange as last time the firmware update seemed to fix the issue.

Never been to Cabo. I have been Guaymas a few times to a friend's house. If I am ever in Cabo, I will let you know.

    How does this work?

Do you just buy the memory card with the 2024 maps already on the card and just simply swap out the old card for the new card?

    INSTALLATION
To install - start with the engine off please eject any previous card, insert new card, and switch engine on. The installation procedure will start automatically, please just follow the on-screen instructions. Depending on updates, maps will be updated automatically.

    * Please note that the '2024' card is actually a snapshot of the road network from April 2023 - this is to allow time for the card to be produced, distributed to dealers and marketed to customers before the start of 2024. All cards are technically 6-12 months behind.

Thanks, last year when it started I also bought a new map update which worked for a long time. But the problem came back recently. I just bought another newer map (86271-0E076) and will see if that does the same thing. I also tried cleaning the SD card slot with some index card and alcohol. I did not see any dirt come out of it so I dont think it was dirty.
I will update if this newer one works. It really seems when I get a new card it fixes the problem for like 6 months to 1 year and then the constantly rebooting comes back. It is like the cards consistently fail. This will be my 3rd SD card.

Do you have the latest firmware for the HU?

I'd just received and installed the latest 2024 maps from the maznavstore and all is good. No issues before with my HU or with the old maps. Just wanted an up to date maps in my truck.

Thanks so much for posting the update files! When I previously updated my map data a couple of years ago with 86271-0E074, I noticed that the HU software automatically updated as well (to version 0101A1). This time when I updated maps with -0E076, the HU did not update. I updated it separately with 13TDANNA-DA21_0166.kwi which you so graciously provided, and the update was uneventful (the best kind!).

Has anyone with an SD cardless version tried buying one of these sd card map packs and transferring them onto a thumb drive and uploading them that way? Unless I just don’t know where the sd slot is. I’ve had this truck for a week so I still don’t know where anything is. My head unit reboots itself over and over for about a minute every time I start it up. Unhooking the battery seems to have made it worse and now I can’t adjust my clock which is conveniently stuck at —:—

    super cool….

There should be a little access door on the front that has the letters SD on it.

Confirming you have an Entune 3.0 with a separate NAV module then it would only be accessible in the back. What’s your HU look like?

Pic is from before I unhooked the battery and somehow deleted clock adjustability and the dcm logo is gone now too. Dcm signal strength hasn’t had a single bar on it since I got it.

Just like @TacoSupremo19 said…no built in NAV module. This one is a subscription NAV only via bloat apps by Toyota.

Gotcha. That’s fine as I just use my phone anyway. Was just hoping for another avenue to take in my quest to fix my reboot issue.
