With the help of Tacomworld, I tracked down the bed-knocking sound. Now another sound is occurring. I've isolated it to this scenario. It happens when I'm on an incline at very low speeds and the wheel is turned to the right. The sound is almost a cracking sound or a clinking/cracking sound. The sound occurs when I'm pulling into a parking lot off a street and I've slowed down to make the right turn and the parking lot has a small incline where you enter their lot. Same sound every time. Does anybody have any idea what I should be looking for? At first, I thought it might be my brakes but now I'm not so sure.

Ball joint or control arm component would be my guess. (right side)

Thank you. I’ll get under there and look at lower control arm. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to see anything wrong with it but I’ll try.
