I can't remember the last time I ordered a steak from a restaurant.
Mine end up in the medium rare to medium well, zone.
The wife likes hers ruined and my son won't eat it if he sees pink.

A1 works good for a quick marinade.

Eating any food as raw as you can handle, will get the most nutrients out of it.
