Does anyone know the torx bolt size for the bolts that hold down the bed?

I used to use this torque bit to do cylinder heads on older Ford explorer 4.0 L, all day long…
Assuming you were interested in the actual tool size & not bolt thread size...
What are you going to do?

Yes I need the torx driver size. I’m trying to remove the bed bolts on a 2024 Tacoma. I’ll buy a t55 tonight to try. Thanks

Help full tip when you get them out give them a good coat of anti seize. I actually did that for no other reason that I might need to take them out. As it turns out a full size truck box fits perfectly fine in a 6 foot bed length wise. I drilled a hole in the box removed a bed bolt put it back in closed the box locked the lid ain't going no where.

I’m making a packout sliding tray. 2 plastic packout mounts bolt to the top. I want to weld tabs to the left side rail and use the bed bolt to hold it in place

Not trying to argue here but most bed bolts are coated with a loctite of some sort, thats why they a pain to pull w/o an impact gun...
Putting anti-seize on a bolt that shouldnt have AZ on it, isnt a "'protip".....
Could lead to bed rattles, etc...
    just saying...

Strange I mange to get mine out even from new. One bolt in my bed is used to hold down my 6 foot metal tool box it needs to come out as needed. It's a big bolt you can use a lot of torque, it also has a metal tube in the bed that plays into this. Most people will never deal with bed bolts any way.

    I agree!
    Im just talking in generalities...
Ive pretty much never wrenched on a tacoma, been a ford tech for 30 years & have had tons of beds off along with helping other techs...
Generally anti seize is used where your installing stainless or steel bolts in aluminum, example exhaust manifold bolts or sparkplugs, or sometimes coolant related bolts....
You dont need anti seize where its steel going into steel...
You def dont want antiseize on a bolt that comes from the factory with loctite on it & alot / all the ford bed bolts are that way...
Doesnt mean theyre difficult to remove, theres different grades of loctite, my point is no reason to use an agent where its not suppose to be there...
