    Yes, it's 99.9% waterproof. There may be a few drops that gets in, but what tonneau cover doesn't let in a drop or two. We are currently on a 3000 mile road trip throughout CO/NM/AZ/NV/UT. We have gone through several heavy mountain downpours and lots of spring rain showers along the way. Not a drop inside. I am completely happy with the SyneticUsa tonneau cover.
