    Hello, I currently don’t own a Tacoma, but I thought about purchasing a 4rth gen 2024 TRD

I drive a lot for work, I was wondering how many miles you owners get for a full tank of gas. Of course it depends on what and how you drive. Just trying to put some feelers out there :)

also how much do you guys see an average fill up is?

    thanks!

Welcome to TW! I have a 2nd Gen and get 12-14 mpg but, I’m lifted 4 inches with 33 inch tires and I drive with a heavy foot. If you’re wanting to know specifically about 4th Gens then post this in the 4th Gen section and you’ll probably get more information.

    Welcome to TW!
The Tacoma TRD is known for its capability, but mileage can vary. Of course, an average fill-up cost would depend on your driving patterns and local gas prices. I didn't pay much attention to it on my previous cars, but since the gas prices skyrocketed, I've recently come across Fuelman reviews and started using their card to monitor spending and fuel expenses. I also added our other cars there, and I should say, it is convenient.
I ran my first tank to 350 miles, 25 miles past when it was past 0 miles, and said refuel. When I filled up it was a bit less than 2 gallons so about three gallons buffer I think 325-350 is a good refuel range for me.

In my 2021 I average 20-22mpg on the highway and 17-18mpg around town.

During long highway trips with no traffic and flat driving, I have seen around 24mpg for an entire tank but that’s rare because it requires very perfect conditions for a long time.

I get around 20 mpg and 350-400 per tank. Im a little OCD and keep a detailed spreadsheet. Average about $0.14-0.17 per mile on fuel (in SC).

Removal of air dam made no significant difference on city or hey mileage.

    Currently stock suspension.

Seriously? Gallons x price is pretty basic math, no?

For MPG use EPA #s from www.fueleconomy.gov and lower 1-2 to be conservative.

Since miles per tank is only theoretical unless you run out every time, focus on MPG
