what is the best site to order new spark plugs as well as the PCV valve?

I have read on here about the loose spark plugs and figured with 73k and being the new owner of the truck it would be best to order them and replace them along with all the fluids. With that being said I have heard to not order from Amazon, eBay, ect. So I’m curious where you all order yours from that has the best pricing.

planning on changing the motor oil, spark plugs, PCV valve while I’m in there and the front and rear dif oil. Than shortly after that get the trans oil and tc oil changed then all the stuff on this new to me truck should be a fresh start. Thanks everyone

I go to the local Toyota dealer to ensure I get the right parts. I ordered some "Toyota" oil filter cartridges a year ago on Amazon and they were identified as OEM Toyota. They weren't. And.... the right OEM oil filter cartridge at the dealer is like 5 bucks anyway. Don't know if the same applies to plugs, but I plan to check those out at the dealer when the time comes. Beware of Amazon......great for a lot of things, but truck parts ain't it.

Not sure if you have them but the part numbers for V6 PCV and spark plugs are 90919-01263 for the plugs and 12204-0P020 for PCV. 22MM deep socket for the PCV, and you can just remove and reinstall by spinning the socket with your hand. It seals off of the o-ring, not the thread torque. It took no effort to remove and so I tightened it until it hit the hard stop and that was it.

Second for Ourisman. I’ve ordered from them a lot. They usually have some of the better discounts.

My local dealer has high prices, so I shop different dealers online when I need something.

Spark plugs are an item I would only purchase from a dealership.

You may save a few bucks per plug going online, but I do not think it is worth it. Do not even consider Amazon or FleaBay.

I had wrote down in my build and maintenance sheet from research on here that the spark plugs were denso iridium TT 4705, is that correct?

It appears as if Denso makes more than one plug that will theoretically work on this truck.

More Information for DENSO 4705 (rockauto.com)

    and

More Information for DENSO 3491 (rockauto.com)

Note they have different spark plug gaps. Either one will probably work, but I would personally prefer the one that Toyota used when the truck was made with the OEM gap. I do not know which one that is from above and would again refer you to the dealer. $$$ is not the issue here. Ensuring you are installing the correct plugs is the primary concern.

Yes, it is frustrating because Toyota - like many manufacturers - assigns their own internal part number to the component (rather than using the Denso number) which makes cross-referencing a PITA like in this case right here.

    Best wishes!

I’m ordering them from Toyotapartsdeal.com looks to be fair pricing and than I don’t have to drive 45 minutes one way to pick them up.
