    Yesterday I tried to create an account thru the Google play store. Got everything done except for the 'code' that didn't get emailed to me for about a half hour. By that time the code had expired.
    Got my kit today and when I try to activate/open the app all I get is the original screen with all blanks. It is either frozen or locked and I can't retype anything or open the app. In fact, I have to shut off my phone entirely to get the app off my screen.

    Obviously, I am not overly tech savvy. I have sent a similar email to Victune for assistance, but no response as of yet. Anyone have a phone number for them??? That would be much easier to deal with.

    HELP me if you can!!!
