This a Rant! screw u sprint/nextel

Thats right i hate sprint nextel. I pay for a damn repair and service plan on my phone to fix it when it breaks. My brother took my phone and his into the service center and they say that they won't fix the screens as that is not covered. But I have had numerous phone's screens fixed at the particular center. Ok so I have to buy a new phone. My old phone was in working order when it went in, no problem excepted the outside screen was cracked, I get it back and it says i need to insert the sim card when it is in the phone, I call the repair center and have to bring it back for them to look at it again. Also confront him about not fixing it in the first place and he and exchange words. I also called the sprint corporate and she says it's up to the repair center for the repairs. So I am stuck with no phone for a few days.

But I feel the screwed up my current phone so that it won't work now it needs to fixed or replace free now but I am not going back to the same store.

PS i swapped sim cards and my sim works in other phones and other sims won't work in mine.

I hate sprint nextel. might be time for a iphone.

 

i feel ya there man!!! me and sprint/nextel had a good one going for about 7 months!!! in the end...i did pay the $200 "get out early" fee.....but at $5 a month.............it was me all the way....ftw!!! their service sucked as for me, and the phone i had,at the time, was junk!! supposed to have service "on all major highways...........................................bullshit!!!"!!! thats why i went with nextel and never looked back. 4 years without a major problem(motorola made a junk phone, which i had...they took care of it........the phone i have now is solid mostly). the only thing i like about nextel is their phones, which are good and loud...since i am deaf in one ear!!

 

Go to a different Sprint.

I've had nothing but good experiences at my local Sprint place.

 

Sprint/Nextel sucks. We use Nextels at work, the PTT feature is nice, but everything else like messaging and making phone calls isn't.

 

You'll love this.. Sprint's headquarters is here in KC. You drive by the world headquarters building and look at your Sprint phone.. no signal.. dropped calls everytime..
