I’ve noticed a very small drip every couple weeks and seems like the drip is coming from where the radiator hose connects. I’m not sure exactly what fluid it is as my coolant is green but the drip is a brownish color. What would this hose lead to and would a new hose clamp fix this? Thank you!

Unless there is an oil trail down the top of the hose from engine dripping on it, it's coolant.

Odds are high you'll need at least a new hose, maybe a radiator.

Keep a close eye and don't let it overheat!

That's the transmission cooler line, hard to tell for sure but it looks like the hose fitting is gone and someone tried to just shove the hose over the threads:eek:
That radiator looks relatively new, did you just have it replaced?

The radiator was replaced about two years ago and seems like you’re right, the transmission fluid is the same color as the drip. Would I just buy a hose fitting and reattach?

I mean unless that radiator is set up different they usually come with the cooler line fittings.

Toyota cooler line fittings typically look something like this.
