    Assuming your swapping engines?

    Yes the 2012-15 4.0L has ports in the cylinder head for Secondary Air Injection.

    If putting the 12-15 engine in an 05-11 truck you can re-use your manifolds but you will need a way to plug the ports in the head, if putting an 05-11 engine in a 12-15 truck you will need to figure out what to do with the Secondary Air Injection System because there are no ports in the head for it.
