The goal is a 'budget' off road rig for getting out in the woods and exploring the PNW, Gifford, and Columbia Gorge area

The "compromise" is not splashing out on all the things (35s, LT, SAS, etc) but finding a middle path. We all love to dream but I'm trying to circle the rabbit hole without getting consumed by it. (its not working:rofl:)
Shooting for maximum gain for minimum penalty (weight, mpg, handling, reliability)

Things I consider prudent build wise:
    *winch & hidden mount
    *rear locker
*Jshift conversion & ADD delete w manual hubs
    *Aftermarket suspension, currently OME
    *sliders? (winch & lift point)
    *onboard air
    *better tires and lighter wheels
    *recovery kit, first aid, contingencies

Other than the sliders and winch the weight gain from these should be minimal, but thats still an extra 200-300 pounds:(

    Things I consider beneficial/fun:
    *u bolt flip
    *gas tank lift
    *Fumoto valve
    *twin sticks
    *better headlight setup

Basically Id like to get everything I can out of the platform with as little compromise as possible.
