About a month ago I had a light come on showing "Brake Override Malfunction" The truck went into limp mode at 10 mph. It would finally go faster but when I slowed down or stopped, it would limp again. After about 20 miles on open highway, I stopped, put it in Park , and then when I started up all trouble lights went off and it worked fine. I took it to Toyota in Reno, Nv., and they installed a new brake switch. It was working perfect until 3 days ago. The brake lights wouldn't go off. My grandson was here from Kansas and he adjusted the brake switch and it's working awesome. Hell with those Toyota mechanics!!! My grandson rocks!!

    Nice.
Always better when you can fix it yourself for free.
Tell your grandson, good job! :)
