I have the distinct honor to have the very first custom seat covers made for the '24 Tacoma. About 10 weeks ago, I had a conversation with the wonderful folks at Covers & Camo - they told me they didn't have the pattern built for the '24 Taco just yet and they didnt have a time frame when they may be available. So my brain went into overtime and I offered my new '24 Taco TRD Off-Road as the demo truck for them to develop the seat cover patterns.

We set a date and I drove out to Salt Lake City to have my seats measured for custom seat covers through Covers & Camo. I ordered every option available through C&C; armrest console cover, pistol pockets for each seat, back of seat molle ops package, rifle and shotgun holders, hero/morale patch velcro on each seat head rest including back seat headrests, etc. (Full disclosure - Ruff Tuff makes custom seat covers for Covers & Camo. The C&C seat covers include more options than are available through Ruff Tuff as a point of differentiation in the marketplace, hence why I went through C&C).

Then last week, 8 weeks later, I drove back out to SLC and had the factory install them and make adjustments to the initial pattern as necessary. The results are outstanding and they literally fit like a glove. I can't speak highly enough of C&C/Ruff Tuff seat covers. This is my second set, the first being on my '95 4Runner, which I still have.

I am not affiliated with Covers & Camo or Ruff Tuff - just a very happy customer. I agreed to allowing Covers & Camo conduct a video/photo shoot of the covers in my truck. Soon, you'll see some YouTube, Instagram, other social media and website material for these new seat covers on Covers and Camo's website featuring my truck and seat covers. Again, I have not been paid or sponsored for anything regarding these seat covers.

So now, Covers & Camo does in fact have the pattern available for the '24 Taco. It may not be on their website just yet but just give them a call and they can walk you through the products. As most know, OEM Toyota seat fabric (not leather) stains very easily and just isn't the best seat fabric for vehicles - seat covers just plain make sense.

I chose C81 Tru Timber Viper Urban as my outside fabric and S26 Charcoal softouch material as my inner fabric.

Like what I tell my girlfriend, I'd rather not cover up and take my chances.

"I have not been paid or sponsored for anything regarding these seat covers."............Uh, if they're using my truck as a testbed, they're giving me at least a hefty discount plus gas.

Do these interfere with the heated and vented seat functions? It looks like it would definitely block the airflow.

Glad you like them. I just looked over their fabric selections and I don't think they are something that I would consider.

Nice fit. Thanks for the review. I was looking for one that fit like the ones I bought from GT Covers for the previous 2nd. Unfortunately, they were purchased by another company and appears they don't have fitted seat covers. Gonna check Covers & Camo...
