The long anticipated Gen 4 Tacoma is here – and we are ready to give it some customization and bolt-on performance suspension upgrades. We have already started testing the fresh new design in front and rear suspension with a trip to Death Valley. It was a great shake down to put these new performance mid-travel parts to the test. Stay tuned as we transform our 2024 Tacoma into a 2024 Rebelle Rally competition vehicle and let 2 lucky Toyota women engineers pilot it thru the competition.

Nice! Can you confirm or deny that Tundra suspension components work on this truck? Curious how much width they would add if they do work.

Oh there will be some mods all right
Why is it funny? In the frontier world it's a common thing to run titan parts as a factory long travel option of sorts on the frontier and it would be awesome if the same applies now that Tacomas and tundras share the same platform

Imagine, if you will, being a company spending all that overhead, research and development in a new product and then telling the world.. sure just throw in some stock Tundra parts and yer good. I thought the poster was trolling. That I would applaud.

I'm assuming they meant total chaos's aftermarket tundra parts to make a real strong and wide tacoma but yes you are correct, that would be funny if they meant stock parts.

As with all thing internet, what I intended in the brain doesn't show up on the page. That is why we play ping pong. To get clarity.

They will not work. There is quite a difference in mounting points on the frame. You'd have to do a lot of modifications

I wish it was simple like the Titan and Frontier, but Toyota isn't manufacturing like Nissan is.

    Sorry about that!

It's the stock exhaust. We just trimmed it up a bit to make sure it wouldn't get slammed on rocks or other debris.

    Thanks for asking

UPPER CONTROL ARMS - 2024 TACOMA

    URETHANE BUSHING PIVOT UNIBALL UCA

    WHY
Lifting the front of a vehicle with a set of coil over shocks may be step one in gaining more off-road performance, however installing just an aftermarket shock can cause limitations without upgrading the Upper Control Arm too. TC upper arms add component durability and allow for individual parts to be replaced including bushings and uniballs.

    FEATURES
Toyota's new suspension design has eliminated the need to add caster to aftermarket suspension when lift kits are installed. TC upper control arms can be installed with factory shock with-out an aftermarket lift.

Upper control arms that are combined with extended length coilover shocks will allow for up to 1'' of additional wheel droop travel.

Urethane bushings reduce bushing deflection compared to stock rubber bushings providing a tighter steering response.

4130 chromoly tubular upper control arms are 100% bolt on.

CNC tapered spindle adapters convert the factory ball joint to a 1" uniball for added component strength & maximum wheel travel.

TOTAL CHAOS includes 1" I.D. uniballs that feature a heat-treated stainless-steel ball & heat-treated stainless-steel race for maximum corrosion resistance and component longevity. These uniballs also feature a military grade PTFE woven fabric liner that helps prevent noise.

Custom profile upper and lower hi-misalignment spacers maximize droop wheel travel and are machined from heat treated 17-4 stainless steel.

Control arm pivots include zerk fittings to grease the bushings and inner sleeves without disassembly.

3 stage powder coat process includes a durable clear coat to provide a long lasting finish.

    Hand crafted in the U.S.A.

Complete Grade 8 hardware kit is included.

Upper Control Arm fits: 2024 Tacoma

We just modified the stock exhaust to be high clearance. It's not something we are selling

Your local muffler shop can do the same thing
