The truck only has 7k miles on it, all street and highway. When I turn into my parking spot, I make a 130 degree right turn and have the steering turned right to the lock. When doing this turn, if I hit the gutter at 2 or 3 miles an hour it is quiet. At 4 or 5 mph I get a loud, brief squeak or groan from the front left as the left front suspension is slightly compressed..

Obviously I am under warranty and will take it to the dealer to be checked out. But it is hard to duplicate the problem when driving elsewhere.

What should I check and what should I look for? The noise is clearly a metal-on-metal in the suspension. Should I expect to see metal scaring somewhere?

Could be ur swaybar bushings too. I lubed mine up amongst plenty of other things with lithium when i put my lift on. Now everything is wonderfully smooth and quiet compared to when it was stock, lotsa dry stuff under there.

Thanks guys for the advice. I just checked the stops that make contact when steering is at full lock and, yeah, the left side shows slight marks from contact movement. The right side does now. The left is where the noise is coming from, so I will grease them and see what happens. I am sure this is what's happening. Thanks again.
