I have 2012 Taco Texas Edition which has the same wheels as some of the TSS trucks in other states. I think they're made by Ultra Wheel. The wheels are 17"x8" and the OEM tires are 265/65x17.

Every time I've had new tires put on they are balanced for a while but one always starts vibrating if mounted on the front. The tires were always bought and mounted at Discount Tire.

Has anyone had a similar issue and found a cause and/or solution?
