    Don’t know any tips or tricks but my kids had a rock polisher when they were little. Basically a little tumbler you put rocks in with a polishing compound that came with it. It was loud! Kids would put rocks in it at night and we put it in the shed so we didn’t have to listen to it. Worked just ok. Really depends on what kind of rocks you put in it.
