Dont buy from EAGLE EYE ENGINES! 3.4L heads

Just a heads up, doing work for a customer on a 1996 3.4 5vzfe. Both of my customers heads were cracked so we ordered a refurbished set from Eagle Eye. The heads that came looked good but two spark plug threads were messed up and all exhaust clearances are set Way to tight. Intakes were set close, 3 had to be re-shimmed. All exhaust valves are between .003 and .009 (factory spec is .011 to .014 on exhaust.). I told them I would correct one of the heads shims to get the valves where they needed to be, but I wanted to send one head back to them to have them fix the shims and the two spark plug threads. They asked me to send both back for them to make all the corrections and then they would ship them back to me. As soon as they got them back, they refunded my money and have not returned phone calls or emails. I've been very patient and understanding that mistakes are made. Also trying to be really professional to build a relationship with them for future work on these v6s in particular. When I call now it rings once then clicks to nothing (blocked). I called from my work number and they answered but the shop manager was "not available". I was just calling to figure out the turnaround time and why my order was refunded. From that point on my work number was blocked as well. To confirm, I had some friends with different area codes call and they got through no problem. They have good reviews on Google and stuff but my experience has been so unprofessional that It has prompted me to let everybody know buyer beware! I'm really frustrated that they won't even say they are not interested in my business. They have stalled this job 4 weeks. I am now shopping around for a new supplier.
