Anyone have a suggestion for a good cheap steel bumper? My stock one is rusted out along with my receiver hitch. I was going to replace both as soon as I find someone to cut off the old ones

Try eBay... I got one off there a few years ago, but that was when shipping prices were reasonable.

I've found them on eBay and Amazon but I'm looking for anyone that has been happy with one they bought on there. What has everyone bought and how was the quality?

the only thing on eBay or Amazon is Hooke road which is obviously not good.

you get what you pay for. Do you want cheap or good. Pick one.

I got ARB because it was cheaper and readily available. It also needed a cut and weld to fit non baby tires.

anything else costs more and has a long lead time.

if you want something that isn’t garbage, at a good price, your option is looking for used.

On Amazon includes the plastic caps and new reverse lights for $168 black or chrome

also several cheap options on RockAuto comparable prices, probably lower quality than OEM but does not include the plastic caps or light assemblies.

I went the Amazon route, fitment was so-so but it was cheap and my truck is a pile anyways so… Sprayed mine with a few coats of bedliner because I hate chrome. Turned out decent but didn’t fit as flush as the oem.

there are also countless crappy “offroad” bumpers on Amazon & eBay but in those cases fitment appears horrible or photoshopped in the pics, they’re not meant to be nearly as sturdy as they appear, will likely rust out in a few years, most don’t have hitch receivers or prevent adding a hitch receiver, and if they do have them they’re light duty and not rated for towing, so you kinda get what you pay for in those cases.
