Does anyone live near Bremerton Washington? Asking for a favor

I know I'm always up to these hair brain ideas, but there is something listed on OfferUp in Bremerton that I want to buy. I was contacting the seller, but for some reason he thinks I'm a scammer and refuses to believe otherwise so he ended up blocking me. I think it's an older dude and he also doesn't want to ship, so I'm wondering if anyone can pick up the item for me and ship it. It's this cheap plastic tool box that I have been looking for for about 3 years. I know it's stupid, but I just like to have all my stuff organized and I can't find another one anywhere. He's selling it for 20 bucks, so I would pay you the 20 beforehand, and then pay you for your time, or I can send a couple bags of some good coffee. I know it's a long shot, but figured I'd try.
