Aloha. Just threw a pair of Bilstein 5100s on the rear. If I put 5100s on the front, and opt to extend them for the max lift, I’ll simply need to level out the back. Do I understand this correctly? Thanks all!

I installed the 5100's up front on the max setting and used a 1-1/2" tapered lift block in the rear. I'd say its fairlythumbnail_IMG_4715.jpg level.

I put 5100 front and back with OME 887 coils on the front and Icon RXT leaf pack in the rear and I can't tell if it is level or not but then again I couldn't tell is it was level or not with the stock suspension. The fender well cutouts are cut kind of odd and don't match so level or not is hard for me to tell - yet at the DMV recently the tech that gave me an eye test to renew my driver's license said I still don't need corrective lens to drive and I still can not see if a truck that everyone else can see is level or not . . . . go figure.

Level ???? looks high in front to me . . . kind of - but it is parked on a slight hill . . . maybe. Is the hood and the front fender well cuasing an optical illusion ???? got me.

5100's in the rear do not raise the rear end.

If you raise the 5100's up front to 1", the whole truck will be level.

If you raise the 5100's up front to 2", you will need to ad 1" block, or add a leaf to the rear.

I made a mistake I have OME 888 coils in the front not the 887. Anyway with the OME coils I get a 2" lift so the bottom setting on the 5100 - in other words the lift is done via the coil not the 5100. The rear is option 1 on the Icon leaf pack which I believe if I remember correctly results in a 1.85" lift. So I don't think my truck could be level . . . . but like I said I can't tell.

Why stop with the nose up? Suggest you consider dropping a notch up front for proper stance.
