So, I've been to two hitch shops and they won't replace my hitch due to the old one being really rusted. They say they won't be able to get the old one off so I'm looking for a shop that can take off the old one and install a new one. I live in Evergreen and I'm looking for something close. Any recommendations?

Not exactly close to you, but Toy Crawlers in Broomfield is a small/versatile shop. They're awesome. Maybe call and describe the situation and see what they say.

Got a pic of how bad the rust is? I don't recall hitch removal being difficult at all. Seems like something you could do with minimal tools in your driveway. If rust is REALLY bad, the hitch may be the least of your worries.

Frame was replaced on recall. They just totaled the hitch after though.
