2019 Stock TRD Off-Road. Will 33's fit it?

    I have read so many post and I would love a straight answer. Can I put a new set of 33' on my 17" rims? If someone has and didn't have to do body work, lift or anything else I would love a straight answer. TYIA for your help!!

    '13 5 lug AC w/convenience package
    A few OE parts from fancy trucks
    255 80 17 is a 33

    If you use OE wheels, or ones with matching specs to OE, they'll work.

    BTW, lift doesn't create clearance......

    Cooper 255/80 -17 on 4Runner rims. Mud flaps now removed otherwise they rub in reverse at full lock.

    I have ordered these based off of what you said and the post below. Thank you for the help I have been struggling with this for 3 years! Lol. Should have joined years ago but I just visited the site and never joined TW. Guess that's what a 40 something year old man gets for not reading directions or at least that's what my wife told me to say....

    And this thread has been around for almost 6 years. There are a couple others similar as well. Some of the tire specific info in here would be dated, but it gives a good idea on fitment and usage.
