Located in Jacksonville FL, $800 obo

4-5 years old, Simple Outdoors RTT.

Clean and functional no rips or tears in the tent material or the screens. Comes with ladder, window awning poles, mattress.

Some straps are frayed but easily replaced. ABS shell is experiencing some minor cracks, I believe this is repairable. No observed water intrusion, but I don’t know how to stop or mend the crack. Can provide more photos on request.

Great project for a DIY, asking $800 obo
