265/75 tires. better MPG, acceleration, braking.
start there. can sell your old tires pretty easy.

other problems - seems like your truck has some electrical gremlins. if it was me, i would sell it. not worth chasing down gremlins on such a new truck.

Really can’t bash the truck being a salvage.
    Sometimes the cheap becomes expensive.

That MPG is definitely terrible. I commute about 90 miles per day on days I work, mainly at 70 MPH. I'll get 16 MPG on a terrible day in the winter. I have seen 24 MPG in the summer. What kind of tires are you running? If they're stock or stock size, are they at the right pressures? Have the alignment double checked either way. (Edit: I just realized you have larger tires. That will not do you any favors, especially if you have a lift)

Can you expand on this? I'm not entirely sure what you mean by this. Generally you'll want some heat in your engine (which will translate to the cabin) when it is that cold anyway.

S-mode isn't sport mode. All it does is limit the highest gear that the transmission can use. If you're in S6 you're basically in normal driving mode. If you're taking off from a stop in S2, you're not actually in second gear. But this feature is useful for avoiding the overdrive gears when towing or in hilly areas. Gear hunting has been a complaint with these trucks but it does get better as the computer learns. Coming from something like an S10, you'll certainly notice it more since the S10 had fewer gears and used them more widely. Ford and GM owners often complained of this too when the 10-speed first came out. Now you never hear about it except from those who came from much older vehicles that may have only had 4 gears, including overdrive.

These trucks make their main power at around 3500 RPM due to the direct injection. They don't have turbos so the lower end power isn't there like it is on the 4th gen. 5th and 6th gear are overdrive gears so the truck isn't going to want to use those when hauling. Most people here will go into S-mode and set it at S4. The truck is only rated for 6400 lbs of towing or so so keep that in mind too.

I can't really help you here as your infotainment system is newer than mine.

People often talk about adaptive cruise being too sensitive even when set at the closest follow distance. That complaint is not specific to Toyota. That being said, if you hold the Cruise Control button for 3 seconds when activating it, the truck will turn off adaptive cruise and it'll function like classic cruise control. No worries about other vehicles at that point.

Without a video or being there, it is hard to give you any advice on this one without seeing what is actually happening.

Again, your larger tires will definitely exaggerate some of these issues.

Sadly there’s a reason salvaged vehicles are cheaper, you’ll just never be certain if your issues are something that relates to it being salvaged or not. It seems you’re pretty unhappy, I say if you can cut your losses and move on.

Yeah, get a new dealer. I have a 2023 SR5 with none of those issues. They can't reflash the ECM? Since when?

Rebuilt cars for 35+ years so have a little experience. Truck was much better physical condition than expected. Only parts replaced were fender, windshield, mirrors, curtain airbag & reset SRS module. Truck starts & runs great except for the issues listed in posting. Per dealer no way to re calibrate for over sized tires but since original speedo about 3% over wouldn't think 1 size up would that big an issue. Any way to reboot ECM?
Cruise wanting to shut down due to vehicle slowing in adjoining turn lane an issue because no brake lights to warn people behind you.

At the price of OEM parts & todays shop prices, doesn't take much to run the bill up. Just totaled daughters '11 Corolla for taillight & light qtr. panel.
