I was told by ARB Support that I should always release the pressure from the system after use. This is especially important in areas with freezing temps as moisture gets trapped in the manifold.

Sorry for reviving a dead thread, but, if anyone is looking for a potential answer for this I might have a solution.

Check the bulkhead fitting where the copper airline seals.

I was having the same issue with my 9.5" rear locker RD152. Turns out either I forgot to tighten, or it came loose, the inner phillips head fitting in the bulkhead fitting that the copper line gets sealed with 2 orings and a spacer.

I had only noticed it because when I was cleaning the line out again, I decided to swap out to the banjo bolt angled fitting like I have on the front thinking maybe that was the issue, but then it wouldn't thread all the way in.

Put a Phillips screwdriver in there, and sure enough it was loose.

I know the RD129 is different the way it seals, but the only thing keeping gear oil out of that line is the rubber oring on that one as well, worth a shot to check it out

I haven't driven it yet to confirm but I'm pretty confident that may have been the issue. I'll report back if that fixes it after about a week or two of driving.
