Fog lightson Taco Trail Edition

Hey guys,

I got a 2023 Tacoma Trail Edition, which, some of you knows already, don't come with any fog lights, and I believe, no wiring for it.

Thinking of grabbing BD sae option (maybe ‎BD-447642) so I can light them legally where i'm at when ever I need (or feel like I want to turn them on!).

2 questions, (please consider i'm in Canada for purchase options) :

- eom fog covering plastic wont allow any fog to be put in, no holes at all,so which plastics will fit the best with BD sae options

- what wiring needed for ‎BD-447642 , as I got nothing at all from factory, well, I think.

Got OEM for wiring, relay and fuse. Get this:Fog Light + High Beam Mod - Full PNP for only $30 - 5 min install

 

I lucked out. When I opened the fuse box to install the relay, it was already in there, lol. Guess I should have checked first. All in all, pulling the steering wheel off to replace the turn signal stalk was actually easier than installing the fogs themselves. Can't believe they omitted them in the first place. Only 1/2" too high.

 

Which year's your truck and can you show a picture of the relay? I'd take a look at the fuse box before doing anything else!

Remove the cover of the engine bay fuse box. It has a printed legend like so:

 

I will guess its the one labeled Fog FR ! Thanks
