Help with ipod aux product.

K guys I need some help. I am looking to buy this ipod aux input for my 2008 taco non jbl stereo

I looked at the pdf file for it and it says it is only compatible with tacomas up 2007. Whats the difference from those radios and year models after that?

I remember reading somewhere that a member purchased an aux input from best buy for model years up 2005 and he ad an 09 and it still worked. Would this be the same??

 

after looking at the product desription as long as you dont have a 6 disc changer you should be fine. before you bought it you could pull the stock radio out and see if it's got the right hookups.
