Nav Turn by Turn Prompts not Working

    Everything on the navigation screen works except the turn prompts. Verified the voice volume was turned up. All other voice prompts works. Does anyone know if the voice prompts are part of the nav sd card? Thinking about ordering a new nav sd card and see if that corrects the problem. Thought I would check here first if anyone is familiar with problems with nav voice prompts. Thanks for any help.
