^4th gen OEM wheels are +50mm offset with 95mm center bore. You will need something like 2" non-hubcentric wheel spacers to clear 1st gen suspension. The wheel spacers also need M14 studs as the lug holes on the wheels are sized for larger M14 lugnut shank dia. Existing M12 Tacoma lugnuts will wallow around in the holes. Something like this should work: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MTXW0HG/

    In addition you will need:
M12 conical seat open lugnuts to bolt the spacers to the Tacoma.
2022+ Tundra or 4th gen Tacoma M14 lugnuts to bolt the wheels to the spacers.
