Love the bumper-winch setup, I might just have to ditch the bull bar and get me one. :D

    Meh.

These sides steps stick out too far. I haven't measured them yet, but it's now impossible to get in and out of the vehicle gracefully without a calf or shin touching them.

Does anyone know of steps that are ~2" thinner?

Take a look at N-Fab step bars.

Those seem worse. They have sharp edges. One of the nice things about the DNA set I installed is they are smooth.

Mine are round tubes with 2 steps,if you don’t need steps just do without, the reason I have them is because I have a 4 inch lift and it makes it easier for my wife to get in truck.

I thought they'd make getting in and out easier for my wife. They don't.

They'll be coming off and going on CL. Maybe I can find a variant that stick out only 2-3" vs. the ~"6 these do, because I *do* like the more finished look and the idea of having something to step on when reaching the roof.

But I'm now convinced (live & learn) that unless you have a lift, these things are stupid.

    Good luck finding an alternative.

Been a while since I posted an update. I now live in Durango, CO and still have my '17. Only about 48k miles on it.

I almost got rid of it last year because the anemic engine and crappy transmission, but the latest Yotaworks tune made enough of a difference. ShiftSense Pro has been removed. I still want moar power.

    Mods since last update...

    - KDMax/Yota tune
    - Added bed lights
    - RSI SmartCap
    - KO2s
    - 1.5" wheel spacers
    - Redarc electronic trailer brake controller (love!)
    - Offgrid Trailers Pando 3.0 camper (LOVE!)

Now that I'm in CO and have my camper and doing more wheeling I'm considering upgrading the suspension and going with slightly bigger tires. But that will def put me into wanting moar power. Sigh.
