Do you have a link for the tail light? I looked at the site and couldn’t find it. Thanks

I’ve had it for a while. It’s not on their site anymore but TRS still sellls them through their Amazon store:

    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07176JBMV

It’s already a three-wire light, but you have to splice in the connector and make your own mounting bracket. Small piece of angle aluminum is what I used.

@oldtoyman , the morimoto light doesn’t include turn signals, FYI. I was prototyping a mount that uses small LEDs and has provisions for three brake lights and a turn signal on the end. Could probably make more if you were interested.

I have the Tusk Pilot bags on the F800 and Happy Trails Owyhees on the KLR. Hard panniers are less forgiving when you a bang a knee in them climbing on, but they are secure. My Tusk are mounted on SW Motech racks.

I really like the Mototrekks though. Been looking at the Round The World bags, just cant justify the difference over the Tusk I already have.

Yeah I came across the euro spec light as I was researching. Definitely better than the US version. I had bought the morimoto a while back when I first got it in my head that I wanted a monkey. It’s super bright and blends in well with the bike.

Ate my first food besides protein shakes. Had three hard boiled eggs. That felt weird and will all the stitches in my mouth it wasn’t easy. I did a salt water rinse afterwards so it wasn’t too bad. Excellent protein. Might try over easy or scrambled next.

Same here, this was somewhere around 1977- 79, thats my sisters Thunderbird behind the old man. The CB750 was either a 71 or 72, I cant remember for sure, I had 3 of them over a 10 year period, 2 were the metallic brown k1's, one was a 1970 blue green K0. I was 20 years old and had an MG B/GT and the 750. I would come home from a date and the bike would be missing. LOL Just changed the headlight out to a Hella 55 watt bulb and put new air filter on it, the old man said I better take it around the block for a test. This was an excellent bike, one of the better ones I have owned.

Headed south to San Diego county today. It’s a fantastic area to motorcycle, buy oranges/avocado and have pie.

I did have to adjust the clutch cable a bit when I installed these, but there was enough adjustment at the ferrule right at the lever to take up the slack and everything feels tight and responsive now. Didn’t have to touch the anything else. It was only about 3 threads or so.
