My city neighbors are annoying, but they're way too loud to sneak up on me & I doubt they'll ever consider eating me. :-O

adjustments help. building up the right muscles, having muscular balance across the trunk - it will all help.

I have learned I have to avoid compression. Compression of my spine = pain.
I can pull a 100# boulder out of a hole without issue. I cannot push that boulder out of the hole & I cannot stand there holding it while someone makes up her mind where.

If you can figure out what triggers you, life will be much more pleasant.
It's not I bent to tie my shoe & BAM!, it's going to be I bent & twisted this way, or I bent & leaned quickly in this manner. You can bend like a big letter C, or you can bend at the waist & keep your back in it's natural curve - which one could be what triggers your back when you tie your shoe.

Etc., etc. Try to pay attention to the how's of how you bend/twist/lean/move.

    Morning all.
Get out and get it done today. Low humidity does it for me.

Old house went on active listing yesterday after being on "Coming Soon" status for the last week.
Open house today and we already have offers well North of asking price. :fingerscrossed:

    So far it's been males.

Time for the hand cannon... .44 mag or if you're riding around on the tractor get yourself a nice little 45-70 lever action. You could be like the "John Deere cowboy"

Spot on about spinal compression...it's the axial load that kills me. No more deadlfts or hang cleans at that gym.

Door knob is installed. Took an hour, including driving to and from work to get a drill and drill bit.

Morning chaps. Happy Sunday. Did a majority of the heavy lifting yesterday....got the first course justttttttttt about layed down. I wanted to let everything settle down overnight. I will relevel and triple check today just in case.

I'm still piecing together the water feature. Found a few kits; the prices were right but they were either to big (dimensions wise, too strong of a pump: don't need that many gph, etc) Looks like I will end up piecing together my own. Will be a couple bucks cheaper but will also be exactly what I need ..... ideally.

Also waiting on some rj45 connectors. I picked up a communication hub for the DC DC controller and battery.

Good luck . At 62 years old there is a lot of stuff I can not do anymore because of my back . I think I was told I have around 8 bulging discs in my back . Arthritis is just now starting to get worse as I get older . 3 big bone spurs in my cervical spine ,my neck fucking kills me almost all the time . I had a steroid injection in my neck 3 weeks ago and it didn’t change things much . I think surgery is in my future and of course my neurosurgeon just retired . Going back in October to pain management for another injection and a referral to a new Dr . My lower back is next on the Drs list . It’s always on the verge of going out .
